Thank you Sensei Glaze, and those who were able to make it out, for two great cross dojo workout opportunities learning the first two sets of Katame-no-kata : Osaekomi-waza (pins) and Shime-waza (chokes)!

After the holidays, we have our 3rd seminar coming up on Saturday January 11, where we will learn the 3rd set : Kansetsu-waza (arm & leg bars)
