Thank you Sensei Glaze, and those who were able to Thank you Sensei Glaze, and those who were able to make it out, for two great cross dojo workout opportunities learning the first two sets of Katame-no-kata : Osaekomi-waza (pins) and Shime-waza (chokes)! After the holidays, we have our 3rd seminar coming up on Saturday January 11, where we will learn the 3rd set : Kansetsu-waza (arm & leg bars)
